We are a fully virtual mental health practice.
We accept Medicare, United Healthcare (UHC), Aetna, and Oscar insurances and private pay.
We offer one free consultation call (up to 30 min.) to assess if we are the best fit for your needs.
As a virtual practice, we offer the convenience and flexibility of online therapy, which means you can receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
This also means that we can work with clients from anywhere in the state of New Jersey, making therapy more accessible for those who may not otherwise be able to attend therapy in an office setting.
We believe that maintaining regularly scheduled appointments is a necessary part of the treatment process and for accomplishing your goals. At our practice, we value the time of both our therapists and our clients.
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Intakes $200
50-60 min sessions $175
We offer limited reserved times for individuals who may need a lower fee option. Additionally, out of network insurance coverage may be available.
We believe in making mental health care accessible and affordable to everyone, and we're committed to working with our clients to ensure they can receive the care they need.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
