Our team is eager to support you on your healing journey! We have dedicated professionals who are ready to help each step of the way.

The first step is calling or submitting our contact form to set up a free consultation call; there you can meet your therapist and discuss your goals.

Next, you will receive an intake packet to complete via our secure portal and will agree on a date and time for your intake session.

Finally, you will receive a link via email to our secure telehealth platform, where your intake session will take place.
